If inaccurate, please
correct and return to me:
1. When Adams Aggregate applied for this permit in 1974
the legal description of the pit was "Part of Sections
14, 23 and 24, T.1 S., R.67 W., Adams County, Colorado."
There was no reference to parcels by parcel number. ,
2. When the permit was reapplied for under the 1976 act,
the permit application referred to parcels 1-A, 2, 3,
and 5, located in portions of the NW 1/4 Sec. 14, the
SE 1/4 Sec. 14 and N 1/2 Sec. 23, T.1 S., R.67 W.
There was no mention of a parcel 6.
3. The first file reference to "parcel 6" was when the
Division received a copy of the January 21, 1980 letter
which Gib Rindahl wrote to Adams County. i.-f
4. There has been no revision of the permit area since
the permit was originally granted. ,
5. The legal description of parcel 6, when platted, lies
within the area covered in
(a) The 1974 permit
(b) The 1978 permit application ~i ~•~
