<br />PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Colorado Mined Land Recla- <br />mation Board ("Board") has filed a motion for payment of adminis- <br />trative expense dated April 2, 1993. The motion requests the <br />payment of permit fees of $490.00, and further requests that the <br />cost of reclamation of the Debtors' Monarch Quarries be treated <br />as an administrative expense. <br />NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, pursuant to the Bankruptcy <br />Rules, objections to the motion must be filed with the Court and <br />received by the undersigned counsel no later than the close of <br />business on Thursday, the 22nd day of April 1993. Absent timely <br />filing and service of objections, the hearing scheduled in this <br />notice may be stricken and the motion granted without further <br />notice or hearing. Furthermore, upon resolution of any timely <br />filed and served objections to the motion, the hearing may be <br />stricken and motion granted without further notice and hearing. <br />If there are objections file to the motion, a hearing on <br />such objections will come before the Honorable Judith A.
