Also, since Subdivision Variance No. 65 Amended <br />will become a part of proposed Parcel A and since Subdivision Variance No. 65 has water service, <br />then it will be deemed that Parcel A has water service and will therefore be required to pay that <br />portion of the main assessment which has not been paid to date. This amounts to 924.66 feet less <br />the 100 feet already paid, or 824.66 feet x $34.24 per foot = $28,236 36.
