We aze
currently in the process of an Environmental Assessment report and aze analyzing two different
alternatives based on proposed access routes. It would be greatly appreciated if you could
calculate the CO DMG reclamation bond for each proposed Plan of Operations and alternative
by mid-Mazch 2006. Enclosed are his proposed Plans of Operations, tables with disturbance area
and bond holdings and a map of the proposed mining project that maybe helpful.
The Forest Service would prefer that all of his reclamation bonds be transferred to and held by
the CO DMG, since this will be more consistent and affordable for Mr. Joseph Dorris.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this request, please wntact -WDobt?o~~ols-,~}k'
at 719-836-3854.
Sincerely,
/s/Brent Botts
BRENT BOTTS
District Ranger
Caring for the Land and Serving People Printed an Recytled Paper
