For your information, the following is a list of those applications with
MCC's highest priority as number one. They are all fairly complicated and have decisions due this
week or soon after. MCC is willing to work with the Division to develop a better schedule for
approval of the lesser priority applications.
1. PROS -Jumbo Mountain lease area addition.
2. TR73 -Lone Pine Gulch fan entries development waste rock pile.
3. MR128 -Mid-term review responses.
4. TR71 -Annual full-suite chemical analyses and deletion of SOM-38- H2 & H3.
5. MR138 -Drainage design "as-builts" for the MB-3 area and updated Tables 43
through 45 removed from text to Exhibit 66.
Should MCC submit other revision applications in the mean-time, MCC will note if they take
priority over any applications still under review.
Please contact me should you have questions
Sincerely,
~~~~rz~l~.~'~
Kathleen G.
