Lung <br />Diwaion Direcmr <br />The Division had given verbal approved of Apex's disposal of coal waste at the Edna Mine, <br />but we must change the permit application reflect this. Please fill out and return to the <br />Division the enclosed minor revision form, also we will need a replacement for page 181. <br />This page states that coal waste will not be generated at the Apex mine. This page should <br />be changed to state that coal waste, generated during reclamation of the coal handling pad, <br />will be disposed of at the Edna mine.
