The Division has made a negative determination for the presence of prime <br />farmland within the approved permit aeeas. The decision was based on the fact <br />that there aze no prime farmland mapping units and the land has not been <br />historically used as cropland. Additionally, Donald Martin from the Soil <br />Conservation Service has determined that the soils involved do not meet the <br />requirements of prime farmland. <br />XIX.
