1. The material is laid out along both sides of two drainage ditches on my farm. The
largest pile is on the west border of my farm, along 1400 and D road. I estimate this
spoil pile is one half mile long on both sides of the ditch. The small spoil pile is
along the east border of my farm on the west side of the ditch that is my property line.
West border of SW 35 T15S, R9W. West side of SE 35, T15S, R9W.
4 miles S and W of jct Hwy 348 and US 50 in Delta, CO.

3. Spoil piles left from drainage ditch excavation some 50 - 60 years ago. Cobbles,
gravel, soil.
4. Both. Some material will be used for roadbase on my farm. The rest will be screened
and pile~fcr sale on site.
5. Roadbase and base for staging azeas on my farm.
6. It will be hauled to an adjacent screening area on my farm and stockpiled for sale.
The soil material will be composted on my farm.
7. The material not used on my farm will be sold as cobble, gravel, and composted soil
material to the public.
8. Extraction will extend to ground level so the azea can either be farmed or used as field
roads on the edge of fields.
9. I estimate 15000 yards of material will be removed.

12. Please regard this statement as my document. As it is now, the sites are unusable, I
cannot irrigate or farm them or use them as field roads. The sites can be sprayed only
by airplane or helicopter. When the spoil piles aze gone I can enlazge my hay pasture
