Permit # M-2000=158 / <br />9°a, .~ <br />~~ v.. _?'@±-"eA ~ <br />_~ <br />:~ v <br /> <br />On behalf of my client Platte Sand & Gravel, LLC, I am writing <br />this letter to inform the Division that Platte will begin to import <br />concrete rubble into the mine on Monday April 16, 2007. This <br />material will be-recycled or used as bank armoring around the lakes <br />as approved in the Reclamation Plan. The importation of the con- <br />crete rubble is consistent with the INERT FILL NOTICE Platte Sand & <br />Gravel, LLC submitted in March 2001. <br />The material will initially come from Foothills Concrete Pipe <br />and will contain portions of pre-cast pipe and flat work rubble. <br />An estimated 2,000 tons will be imported and from time to time in <br />the future additional rubble will be imported and processed thru a <br />recycle plant to be located in the Plant Site area.
