III IIIIIIIIIIIII III <br />999 <br />COLORADO D <br />Air Pollution Control Division <br />OF HEALTH <br />Telephone: (303) 320-4180 <br />PERMIT NO. 84LA300(1) INITIAL APPROVAL <br />DATE ISSUED: February 7, 1985 FINAL APPROVAL ^ <br />ISSUED TO: WYOMING FUEL COMPANY <br />(This permit supercedes C-11,528(6) formerly issued to CF&I Steel <br />Company) <br />THE SOURCE TO WHICH THIS PERMIT APPLIES IS DESCRIBED AND LOCATED AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Golden Eagle Mine coal preparation and washing facility <br />located on State Highway 12 approximately 7 miles west of <br />Weston, Las Animas County, Colorado. <br />THE SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT OR ACTIVITY SUBJECT TO THIS PERMIT INCLUDES THE <br />FOLLOWING: <br />Bradford Rotary Coal Breaker -particulate emissions shall 6e <br />controlled by enclosing breaker in building and maintaining <br />raw coal moisture content at no less than 6%. <br />THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE <br />COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY <br />CONTROL ACT C.R.S. 1973 (25-7-101 et sue.), TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THIS DOCUMENT AND THE <br />FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. Opacity of emissions shall not exceed 20%. <br />2. Particulate emissions shall not exceed either of the following limitations: <br />6.2 lbs./hour and 12 tons/year. <br />These emission limits are based on processing a maximum of 1,200,000 tons <br />per year coal at a rate not to exceed 5,000 tons per day. Applicant shall <br />maintain daily and annual records of coal processed for Division inspection <br />upon request. <br />-c~^*inued- <br />
