Plot monitoring to determine the success of various <br />[r eatments shall be done using a 10 point frame <br />randomly placed in each plot, )~auing three (3) <br />replicated plots and four (4) seed mixtures. The <br />SCS and:UCEPC will use individual species evalu- <br />ation methods for their own results. <br />2. SCS and UCEPC will provide a written report to all <br />parties involved on vegetative species evaluations, <br />in three (3) years or after two (2) growing seasons <br />of data collection and will recommend species for <br />reclamation of linear disturbances on.heavy textured <br />soils receiving less than 12 inches of annual precipi- <br />tation. <br />3. BLM will provide a written report to all parties in- <br />volved in three (3) years or after two (2) growing <br />seasons, on the effectiveness of mulch and fertilizer <br />on vegetative establishment and surface stabilization <br />of linear disturbances on heavy textured soils re- <br />ceiving less than 12 inches of annual precipitation. <br />4. Western Fuels shall prepare a report to all involved <br />parties on the cost/benefit analysis of the various <br />treatments. <br />V. Implementation <br />This agreement shall become effective as soon as signed by all of <br />~''dU }~Z,v~3'~~ the parties hereto and shall continue in force unless terminated by <br />fo rc ~~: ,zTi~ ~ all parties after thirty (3C) days notice in writing to the others <br />Tu v~"'F o uT of intention to terminate. <br />Amendments to this agreement may be proposed by any party and <br />s}~11 become effective upon approval by all parties.
