Under new ownership <br />of Entech, Inc. a number of significant changes and improvements <br />have been made in the mining operations and in the spirit of <br />these changes, we are changing the name of the company. <br />Our new name is Basin Resources, Inc. <br />Basin Resources, Inc. produces high quality coal from the Raton <br />Basin Coal Field in southern Colorado, and while our name has <br />changed, our business plans remain the same. We will continue to <br />make the productivity and efficiency gains required in today's - <br />highly competitive energy business. Our high quality, low sulfur <br />coal will see a growing demand in both the steam and <br />metallurgical markets. <br />Earl R.
