SHELTO N, Director <br />May 6, 1986 <br />Mr. Tom Bretz <br />Colorado Board of Land Commissioners <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 620 <br />Denver, Colorado 80203 <br />RE: CGG Bond, Geophysical Prospecting at Seneca II Mine <br />File No. C-005-80 <br />Dear Mr. Bretz: <br />The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division hereby requests that the Colorado <br />Board of Land Commissioners retain Bond No. 4341, issued February 7, 1977 by <br />the Hartford accident and Indemnity Company, in the amount of 55,000.00, until <br />such time that MLRD determines that reclamation activities undertaken by and <br />for CGG Inc, meet all reclamation success criteria which are applicable to the <br />Seneca II mine site. <br />The Division also requests that the Board of Land Commissioners not apply Bond <br />No. 4341 to any disturbances caused by CGG, Inc.
