Long <br />Division Director <br />The Division received your notice to import 1700 tons of cobble and fill dirt from an area near <br />Fairplay known as Spruce Hills. You have stated that the imported material is inert. The 1700 <br />tons of material will be resold to the public, according to your notice. Part of the material, <br />pursuant to our phone conversation, that was deposited at Spruce Hills came from the <br />Snowstorm Placer site.
