Stipulation #~s to an <br /> obligation on the applicant to <br /> test surface water sites and <br /> alluvial wells. The stipulation <br /> requests testing with a frequency <br /> which is impossible of performance <br /> because of the physical conditions <br /> which occur at the mine site dur- <br /> ing seasonal changes and appears <br /> to require testing beyond the <br /> period of expected operations. <br /> The appliant has proposed a more <br /> specific schedule for sample col- <br /> lection and testing, which takes <br /> into account the physical con- <br /> ditions on site and seasonal <br /> changes, as well as the expecta- <br /> tion that such collecting of <br /> samples and analyses thereof will <br /> provide meaningful data related to <br /> operations. <br />5.2 4. Stipulation #4 relates to <br /> placing of ground water .ells and <br /> then sampling and chemical analy- <br /> ses of such samples. Ground water <br /> wells are already in place at <br /> locations approved by the Divis- <br /> ion. The applicant has proposed <br /> that the testing schedule and the <br /> analyses of samples proposed by <br /> the Division be modified to take <br /> into account physical conditions <br /> on site, including seasonal <br /> changes and the operational <br /> schedule of the applicant so that <br /> such information will provide <br /> meaningful data. <br />5.3 7.
