A program called QuiclrView will be espied ro the CD and must be installed on yom computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD tha first time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not squire a new inamllation of the software. 2. The CD or DVD that you purchase moat be in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD wi0 contain files with the .tif exextension. Thera needs to be en image viewing app8tauion for .tif files w yom computer that will handle single and multi-page documents. On s Windows XP computer. du default viewing programs are called "Windows Pichue and Fan Viewer" or "Paint' and Choy do not work with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers does work. DMG has ttetemilned that a program called "irfanView", which tarn be downloaded from IrfenView.com, does wont with QuickView. Attar downloading "trfanView", it needs m be configured as yom defauk .tif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this software and the Gtamsi»g and regishstion are the user's rLSponsibility. Thera are many other prognme that work u well, each as "Imaging Preview" and "]magiug for Windows". Inetruetlour 1. Insert the CD into yom• computer. 2. Allow tutu for the l:D ro install. 3. Eject the CD from the computer. 4. Reinsert the CD into the compmu. 5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. NOTE: A program called QttickView Autotun, which inns the QuickViaw setup program, has also been copied w this CD. If the Autmtm program does NOT work; you will need to mmually install the QuickView program. Inauuctione for manually installing QtridtView are available upon request with the CD or can be viewed at www.minina.state.co.us. The Permit File document Images can be viewed In the receptlon area of the DMG o1Dee or they can be purchased ou a CD or DVD. The CD/DVD purchase tort coven the time and labor of making the CD.
