Approval of this <br />mining plan modification supplements the mining plan for Federal leases C-29125, P-058300 <br />and COC-49465 at your King Coal Mine. This mining plan action relates to Federal lands <br />associated with Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology's Permit Revision No. 7 for your <br />mine and approved on January 19, 2001. <br />1 have enclosed a copy of the mining plan approval document and associated map for this mining <br />• plan modification. Please read the terms and conditions of the mining plan approval document <br />carefully. Mining and reclamation operations must be conducted in accordance with both the <br />Colorado state permit and [he approved mining plan. <br />The March 23, 2001 approval allows you to mine an additional 0.8 million tons of Federal coal <br />from 160 acres of Federal lease COC-60941.
