The enclosed information will <br />replace the applicable pages found in Volume 5, Exhibit 2.03-E1, Ownership and Right <br />of Entry Documentation, Item #3. <br />On January 5, 1998 Oxbow Mining Inc. was assigned the subject right-of--way with an <br />initial expiration date of January 27, 2001. On March 8, 2001 the right-of--way was <br />renewed with a new expiration date of December 31, 2015. Also, on October 1Q 2001 <br />Oxbow Mining, LLC the surviving entity of a merger between Oxbow Mining, Inc. and <br />Oxbow Elk Creek, LLC, requested the right-of--way be assigned to them.
