Lochhead
Execmi~e D~~ca ur
M¢hacl B Long
Divivon Dnecm+
The Division reviewed the file for this permit and found some confusion
regarding the exact permit area. The application indicates an affected
area of 2.5 acres and the map and file documentation indicates a permit
area of 13.2 acres. This needs to be resolved.
Please submit a complete technical revision that includes a new
application form (enclosed) and map which defines the actual permit
area pursuant to C.R.S. 34-32.5-110 of the Colorado Land Reclamation
Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials and Rules 1.4 and 6 of
the Construction Material Rules and Regulations. This needs to be done
no later than April 15, 1996.
The site is currently operating under a 110 permit. Please remember
that the maximum size of a 110 permit can only be 9.9 acres. If you
plan to utilize the full 13.2 acres, you will first need to convert
this to a 112 permit.
Please let us know if you need a copy of the Act or Rules and
Regulations which have been recently revised. If you have any
questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
_~l/f/J/ G ,~-1
~~ f ~
Gary S.
