In this <br />agreement, Kerr Coal Company is precluded from expansion into the <br />Pit 2 area without a review of the reclamation bond amount. I <br />have attached a copy of the settlement agreement and your <br />inspection report for your reference. <br />Please note that the only purpose of this letter is for <br />clazification of the above described minor error.
