As a result of the in spection, rock will be added
to the spillways of check dam 9 and 11.

GOAT TRAIL EXIT CHANNELS
' Transects were measured at the three constructed exit channels along the Goat Trail. The
location of these outlets are shown on Exhibit I, Sheet 2 of 2. The channels were measured
' across monuments placed in 1993 and compazed to evaluate erosion activity. The survey results
aze shown graphically in Appendix B. Each of the tlvee drainage azeas had cross-section
measurements taken at two locations.
' Exit Channel 1
The cross-sections show that this feature remained stable when compazed to the 1999
' survey data. Cross-section 2 indicates the feature is relatively stable in this section of the
channel with periods of agradation and degradation. Corrective measures planned as a result of
the inventory include cleaning the entrance area of the exit channel.
Exit Channel 2 ~~~
Cross-section 1 shows significant agradation when compared to the 1999 monitoring
' data. The lower section of the channel at cross-section 2 also shows significant agradation when
compazed to 1999 data. Corrective measures planned as a result of the inventory include
' cleaning the entrance area of the exit channel.
Exit Channel 3
' Cross section 1 and cross section 2 both indicate significant agradation when compared to
1999 data. Corrective measures are planned as a result of the inventory include cleaning the
entrance of the exit channel.
1
' 1~
