Can you advise me as <br />to the truth on this matter' <br />I am further concerned about 4.20.3, 121 (2)(a)(c) which says that <br />the person conducting underground minim activities shall purchase a <br />prepaid insurance policy or other means approved by the division to <br />indemnify the surface owner from damage.
