Please respond to the request that dust emissions comply with the limitations specified <br />in your Air Pollution Control Division Permit. <br />9. Your letter indicated that a Technical Revision for the BLM/West End pit will be <br />forthcoming. Is this in response [o the presence of the asphalt batch plant? <br />10. Have you contacted the BLM about their concerns regarding the location of the asphalt <br />batch plant? This issue should be resolved and documented prior to submitting a <br />Technical Revision regarding the location of the batch plant. <br />11. Please respond to our concern regarding the need for vessel(s) containing hazardous or <br />toxic materials to be stored in an impermeable structure of adequate size to contain the <br />volume of the vessels therein, as potential leakage of failure may affect groundwater. <br />Pursuant to Rule 3.1.7(2)(c)(I), we requested that you propose permit conditions that will <br />protect groundwater uses. <br />
