Douglas Count Board et a1.
As you may recall, the trial in this matter was originally
set for January 23, 1984. The court has now remanded the case
to the Douglas County Board of Commissioners for a determination
regarding the zoning of the subject mining property.
The Mined Land Reclamation Division still appears to have
no substantive interest in the outcome of the case, as we
previously discussed. I plan to take no action on the case
other than to monitor its progress, and will keep you informed
of any further developments.
RAH/jl
