This road extends approximately 6700 feet from Ute public road <br />near the power plant to the coal stockpile area at the Unit Train Loadout Width of the road varies from 20 <br />to 40 feet, averaging approximately 30 feet. The road has been approved far the posunining land use to <br />allow PCC (the landowner) vehicle access to the nosh end of Ure property. Steve Renner asked if Ute <br />postmining land use was "haulroad". Point being that the road travel surface should be reduced to a width <br />appropriate for occasional use by car or pickup, probably I S feet.
