Except for the Court's approval, all other approvals <br />required by the Plan of Reorganization for payment of the $75,000 <br />in VEBA start-up costs have been obtained. The Reorganized <br />Debtors (referred to in Exhibit C to the Plan as "CF&I"), through <br />Scott C. King, and CF&I Steel, L.P.
