M-??-285 <br />Deaz Mr. Dillie: <br />As follow-up to ow meeting to discuss information requested by the Division to support <br />exemption of the West Sunday and Sunday Mines from Determination as Designated Mining <br />Operations (DMO) on April 25, 1995, and ow telephone discussion of May 29, please be advised <br />that EFN is continuing to prepare a summary of relevant information. The information summary <br />will include data regazding land use and demographics, potential human exposure, wildlife <br />species, potential wildlife impacts or exposwe, a radiometric survey, soils, stratigraphy, <br />groundwater, swface water, and a qualitative evaluation of potential risks to human health and <br />the environment. <br />Given travel and vacation schedules of those prepazing and reviewing these materials, we <br />hope to transmit a draft for discussion with you within 3 to 4 weeks.
