Commrs. of LVeld Co. vs. The
Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board
District Court ?Veld County No. 30025
Dear Tom:
Enclosed is a copy of my June 13th letter addressed to you
regarding the captioned case. Since then, I believe, differ-
ences between the State of Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Divi-
sion and the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County have
been resolved and the case is ripe for dismissal.
I called the Clerk's office March 16 and learned that on
March 13 a notice had been sent to the effect that unless there
is some activity in this case by April 13, the case will be dis-
missed for failure to prosecute.
Since it is the understanding of this office that issues
have been resolved amicably, this office believes that the case
should be allowed to be dismissed for failure to prosecute.
Kindly confirm to the undersigned that this is the view of
the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County. If it is not,
please call me so that we may discuss further activity in this
case.
Kindest regards.
Sincerely yours,
FO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL //
~~..~ ~ C"1-G Z'C.~
L xUS E.
