The property is located west of the Nature Center along the <br />Arkansas ver and is in an A-2, Agricultural (minimum 5 acres) Zone District. This subdivision <br />exemption equest is being heazd in conjunction with Map Amendment No. 96-25 requesting the <br />property be rezoned from A-2 to S-l, Public Use Zone District. <br />The Boazd f County Commissioners is scheduled to hold a public heazing on November 14, <br />1996. Plea a provide any comments you may have to this office by November 13, 1996.
