Cottony
Acing Division Director
Thank you for advising us of the referenced weather related delay. An extension to October 31, 2002 for
the substation facilities demolition and power pole removal is reasonable, and is hereby granted by the
division. I noticed that the reclamation schedule in the permit did not specifically address timing for
regrading and revegetation of the substation area disturbance. It would be desirable that this work be
completed in association with or shortly following the demolition project, by the end of the fourth quarter
2002. Please confirm whether the grading and revegetation will be completed during 2002.
Sincer
~y/~//
Dan T. Mathews
Environmental Protection Specialist
cc: Denver File
