Per our phone conversation <br /> of July 20, 1982, we agreed that the following information should be <br /> submitted for the file records: <br /> 1. A letter, or other proof, from the City of Greeley indicating its <br /> approval of mine discharge of water into the City's storm sewer <br /> system. <br /> 2. A copy of your NPDES permit with the Colorado Department of Health. <br /> 3. A statement indicating that the Colorado Department of Health <br /> (NPDES) has been contacted regarding the proposed change in the <br /> point of discharge. <br /> The Division appreciates your continued cooperation.
