The <br />fire spread to the second level where the hydraulic system for the Gold Maximizer was <br />Located. We think the fire started when the hydraulic system sprayed a fine mist of oil on <br />the turbo, causing the Cat Engine to run away and catch on fire. The hydraulic system <br />had a 10 gallon oil tank. <br />No. 2 Fire started at about 10 am on Thursday October ?, 2004, while operation was <br />running. <br />No. 3 No. <br />No. 4 Re Locatioa of Generator in separate steel house, located 100 fees from plant and <br />wired down to plani. <br />No. 5 Rubber Conveyor Belts, PVC Plastic Water Lines, lirathane Insulation, Latex <br />(wa[erbase) Paint, Oil and Diesel Fuel. <br />We are trying to contact the insulation man to get info on urathane spray.
