<br />Decision <br />The DMG hereby approves the Request for Transfer of Coal Permit and <br />Succession of Operators for Permit No. C-81-022, from Somerset <br />Mining Company to Pacific Basin Resources, a Division of Oxbow <br />Carbon and Minerals, Inc. The Mine name will change from the <br />"Somerset/Sanborn Creek Mine" to the "Sanborn Creek Mine". <br />Any person with an interest which is or may be adversely affected <br />by this decision may request a formal hearing on the decision by <br />the DMG. Such requests shall be in writing and state with <br />reasonable specificity the reasons for the request and objections <br />to the decision. If so requested, the formal hearing shall be <br />conducted in accordance with the requirements of 2.07.4(3). The <br />request for hearing must be received no later than 30 days after <br />the requesting parties receipt of this decision Such requests <br />shall be sent to the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology, <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />
