III IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
Larry,
With questions arising recently concerning the bond estimation, I would like to ask you to take a
look at this. 1 have been working on that additional hole at Twentymile that they were not going
to bond for yet.
Below is a comparison of my estimate and theirs and then the printout of mine.
Cateeorv Twe~tymile est. JRB estimate
Regrade pad $140 $306
Respread topsoil 336 189
Revegetate 115 31
plug & fill drillhole 2608 232
TOTAL: 3199 2853
Now I included no soil amendments or mulch in my revegetation estimate. There are also no
"indirect costs" or management.
Should I add more to reveg activities since mine is so much lower than theirs? Should I try to
mess with that "indirect cost" category (which I haven't to date had any prepping on ... 1 really
don't know what to use there.) Or should I just assume that their estimate is pretty good?
JRB
