The areas are depicted on Map 2.04.10-1 Vegetation Community <br />Map. <br />The reference areas will be utilized to determine revegetation success in a manner <br />that the Division finds acceptable (4.15.7(4)). <br />XII. Post-mining Land Use <br />No specific approvals are granted under this section. <br />XIII. Protection of Fish, Wildlife and Related Environmental Values <br />A. Fish and wildlife habitat is secondary use of the reclaimed area. The applicant <br />has a plan for the re-establishment of shrubs on portions of the reclaimed areas of <br />the surface mine. (4.18(5)(I)) <br />XIV. Protection of Underground Mining <br />A. The Division does not approve surface coal mining activities being conducted <br />within 500 feet of an active or abandoned underground mine. (4.19(1) and <br />4.22.4(1)) <br />XV.
