Barry, III, <br />Director <br />Upon review of your application for a Mining 6 Reclamation Permit <br />dated August 16, 1979, the staff has determined that it is incomplete <br />under the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, Article 32 of Title <br />34, CP.S 1973, as amended (1976 Session Laws, HB 1065)• <br />The follov+ing items must be submitted in order for your application <br />to be considered as complete, and filed, pursuant to the 1lined Land <br />Reclamation Board definition of "filed, submitted, received" as found <br />in Rule 1.1(10) of the Rules and Regulations of the MLRB: <br />EXHIBIT F - you must submit written evidence that you are in <br />the pro%;ess of obtaining local government approval for this <br />operation. <br />2. EXHIBIT G - you must submit proof of legal right-to-enter. You <br />indicated on your application that you would provide a letter from <br />the owner. This letter must be notarized. <br />In addition, you are not required to submit an application fee. House <br />Bill 1182, recently amending HB 1065 (The Mined Land Reclaration Act) <br />exempts counties from application, renewal, and amendment fees.
