Corley, a landowner within the G.E.C. permit area, has <br />requested that the Mined Land Reclamation Board conduct a hearing <br />on two issues related to the G.E.C. permit. First, he would like <br />the Board to order the Division to commence reclamation immediately <br />in Section 24, T20S, R70W; and second, he would like the Board to <br />determine the need for Harrison Western to acquire a permit for the <br />G.E.C. West Pit. His request for an Adjudicatory Hearing is <br />enclosed for you review. <br />This item was continued from the January Board meeting. The <br />hearing will be held either on February 26 or 27, 1992.
