Mr. Lopez indicated that you two had <br />examined the well and found the inner pump casing to be 46.7 feet in depth from the top <br />of the inner casing which was 59.5 inches above the ground surface and was dry. Our <br />examination was consistent with your measurements. He also indicated that your <br />measurements of the outside casing were 166.3 feet deep from the top of the outside casing <br />which was 14 inches above the ground surface and your water level measurement was <br />inconclusive. We measured the total depth of the outside casing at 153 feet and the static <br />water level at 114 feet below the top of the casing.
