Two discrepancies were noted in the
report which should be noted.
Page two of the report indicates that the State had conducted three
complete and seven partial inspections of the sight during the
review period prior to the oversight inspection. The report
indicates that required inspection frequency had therefore, not
been met.
Our records indicate that three complete and eight partial
inspections had been conducted prior to the oversight inspection.
Thus, inspection frequency had been met. The fourth complete
inspection was conducted on the date of the oversight inspection.
A copy of a tracking report is enclosed for your reference.
In paragraph two of the second page of the narrative portion of the
AFO report, there are two conflicting statements regarding pond
P-9. The third sentence states, "Standing water was noted in the
pond". The final sentence in the paragraph states, "The pond was
dry...". The State's inspection report indicates that
approximately four feet of water was standing in the pond at the
time of the inspection.
