To
satisfy EPA/State of Colorado drinking water regulations OMLCC will be undergoing a
reconstruction of the decades old infiltration gallery and installation of a new filtration
type water treatment plant in the Fall of 2002.
OMLLC has obtained Army Corps of Engineers approval for the project. As you know,
the water intake facility will remain with the town of Somerset aRer OMLCC has
completed all mining and reclamation obligations at the site.
Please contact me at 970-929-5806 if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
James A.
