O1 The Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (Act1 of 1993 (Public Law 103-661, requires a maintenance fee cf $100 or a certification of exemption for each mining claim, mill site or tunnel site be paid or filed on or before August 31, for each annual assessment year. The Act also provides that failure to comply by August 31, shall be deemed conclusively to constitute a forfeiture of the ' claim/site and the claim/site is forfeited by operation of law. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) records indicate that you failed to pay the maintenance fees for the fallowing .assessment years: 1996 assessment year by August 31, 1995; 1991 assessment year by August 31, 1996; 1998 assessment yeaz by August 31, 1997; 1999 assessment yea= by August 31, 1998. You failed to meet the statutory and regulatory filing requizements for the above years. Therefore, the Calcite Nos. 1 through 7 (CMC-246344 through CMC-x46350) placer mining claims are hereby forfeited by operation of law. You may relocate the claims ,if the lands are cu_*zently open to location and entry under the general ntining laws. Your rights would begin on the date of the new locations.
