This hole encountered dry, lost circulation
conditions while being drilled in December of 1981, and was found to be
dry during June, July, and August 1982. The hole is cased with 4-inch
steel pipe from 0-1580 feet, and cased with 2-inch pvc from 1914' to
1574'. The perforated sections alternate every 20 feet from T.D. to
1574'. The interval through the "D" seam is also perforated. If this
well completion is acceptable for compliance of stipulation #4 of the
Mine Permit, or if you desire any further information, please contact
me.
Sincerely,
~~.~
J.V.
