A claim for some reclsmation <br />•hoald be made to the bankruptcy court while the pit is designated and <br />if a settlement were reached with Mid Continent, some of the required <br />reclamation measures could be made while leaving an area suitable for a <br />eoaaaunity pit. <br />ih• iaportance of this sits to the State requires that the serialization and <br />platting be given the highest possible priority.
