Please find <br />enclosed a copy of the appeal, which has been submitted to the Board for its consideration. <br />At this time, the Division cannot give a definitive date as to when the Board will hear the appeal. By <br />law, all parties will be noticed at least 30 days prior to the scheduled hearing date. <br />The Division is forwarding a copy of the Energy Minerals Law Center appeal to the DOE for your <br />reference since the agency is directly mentioned in the document.
