He says that he would be willing to <br />talk to Ms. Valdez about her concerns and go to the dump sites and see what <br />she is concerned about. I encouraged him to do that. He said he would <br />probably contact her. <br />I called Ron Forlina who has Health Department <br />responsibility for Costilla County. I will look further into <br />the matter during my next inspection of the mine. <br />Ms. Valdez recommended a meeting in late July of DMG, BMG, herself and <br />county officials regarding this matter.
