The entire 16 acre area was regraded,
topsoiled, drainage control established, seedbed prepared and reseeded.
No additional surface acres were disturbed at the minesite other
than a small amount of area disturbed for additional rip-rap placement,
settlement crack repair, contour drainage repair, etc. The total
disturbance acreage at the minesite remains at 319 acres.
All required monitoring requirements, pond inspections, etc. will
be continued during the period of temporary cessation.
All reclamation activities have been completed as planned. The
groundwater wells at the minesite have been drilled and the completion
reports will be submitted in the near future. No additional activities,
other than monitoring, are anticipated for the Hayden-Gulch minesite.
If you have any questions, please contact me at your convenience.
Sincerely,
~ w~ ~. ~
JJ A.
