In
those leaers. oar paition was that the mill building could not remain as a beneficial post-operational
feature because., a. [hat tune, we believed the parcel on which the mill was located was illegally
subdivided. Afte; Iurther research, this office has found that the mill's parcel was trot subdivided illegally
ono that the Oscar .ode along with the Good Enough Lode represent a legal building lot eligible fur the
uses established for the Forestry (F) zoning district (see enclosed). Thus, the county does believe that,
accorJing to the Boulder Cowrty Lund Use Code there are post-opperational uses for the mill building
sucl~ as convrrswn to a single family dwelling.
Because of this new information, Boulder County no longer finds it necessary [o impose the additional
bunding requirements for the removal of the building during reclamation of the site.
Sincerely,
~~-
Glen Segrue
Zultino Inspector
Land Use Department
Administrative Services Building
2040 14th Street • 14th & Spruce Streets • Boulder, Colorado 80302 • (303)441-3930
JUL 31 1995
Jivisioo ul ~ounera~s is Ge)iogy
cc.
