If a CD is requested and the permit is too large for a CD, you will be called. <br />Please allow up to S business days from the receipt of this signed document for your CD or DVD to be available. <br />~CD ®$5.00 per disk _ DVD Q $20.00 per disk <br />Please check if you want a copy of the QuickView installation instntctioas. <br />5' <br />Computer requirements to nae the DMG document imagfttg CD (or DVD): <br />I. A progam called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your wmputer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the <br />firer time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new ittsmlletion of the software. <br />2. The CD or DVD that you purohase must be in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. <br />3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for .tif files on your computer that <br />will handle single and multi-page documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picture <br />and Fax Viewers' or "Paint" and they do not work with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers <br />does wont. DMG bas determined that a program called "hfmView", which can be downloaded from IrfmView.com, does work with <br />QuickView. Attar downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be configured as your default .tif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this <br />software and the licensing and registration aze the user's responsibility. Thera arc many other programs that work ae well, such as <br />"Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for W indoors". <br />InaLTUtHOnf• <br />1. Insert the CD imto your computer. <br />2. AIIow time for the CD to install. <br />3. Eject the CD from the computer. <br />4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. <br />5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. <br />NOTE: A program called QuickView Automn, which ram the QuickView <br />setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Automn program <br />does NOT work, you will nced to manually install the QuickView program. <br />Inabuctiona far manually installing QuickView aro available upon request <br />i with the CD or can lx viewed ai www.minine.state.co.us. <br />The Permit F11e document images can be viewed ht the recepdom area of the DMG ofDce or they caa be purchased on a CD or <br />DVD. The CDlDVD purchase cost coven the time and labor of making the CD.
