Box 70
Loma, Colorado 81524-0700
Dear Mr. Walters:
As you may be aware, OSM oversight responsibilities for Colorado
have been shifted from the Albequerque Field Office to Denver. As
a result of this move and related organizational changes, federal
mine operators will be required to submit revision application
materials to the Western Regional Coordinating Center (WRCC), in
Denver (formerly the Western Support Center), but not to the field
office. The Albuquerque address should be deleted from your copy
of the Federal Agency Mailing List. Roger Baker is the Colorado
coordinator for WRCC, replacing Rick Holbrook. The address to
which revision materials should be submitted is:
Roger Baker
OSM Western Regional Coordinating Center
1999 Broadway Blvd., Suite 3320
Denver, CO 80202-5733
Please make note of these changes, and use the revised application
form in future revision submittals. Please contact me if you have
any questions.
Sinc ly~,
V .. ~
Dan T. Mathews
Environmental Protection Specialist
enclosure
