To All Parties Having Ownership Interest In The Reclamation Of The Joker Mine. Due to the recent discovery at the Joker Mine involving the ownership of equipment, Dirt-N-Iron, Inc. is requesting $15,000.00 put in an escrow accoutrt for the loss of the Cummins Generator which was part of the equipment to be conveyed to Dirt-N-Iron, Irtc. for reclamation completed. Also the other equipment in question of ownership is the Eagle Sand Screw and miscellaneous items unknown claimed by'Eugene Tuttle and/or Orvie Zinannerman. Dirt-N-Iron, Inc. is requesting proof of ownership of all equipment at the site. Failure to provide the $15,000.00 escrow account anal proof of ownership of the remaining equipment will be cause for Dirt-N-Iron, Inc. to stop or suspend work until such documentation bas been received. Also, Iet it be known that winter seems to be setting in early and conditions aze hindering the access to the site aad work. Winter suspension is very likely. Please furnish the above by Nov. 8, 2002. Dirt-N-Iron, Inc. request the escrow account be set up at Wells Fargo Bauk in Rifle, Colorado.
